Prenatal Yoga is a deeply relaxing and strengthening practice which helps Moms-to-be balance body and mind through the constant changes during pregnancy. We focus on mindfulness, breath, and learn techniques to assist in preparing for both pregnancy and birth. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet and bond with other Moms-to-be in our community.
Marco Jo has been teaching Prenatal and Mommy and Baby Postnatal Yoga for 14 years.
