Mommy Baby Yoga Series

Practice yoga and bond with other new moms and babies in a comfortable space. You are welcome to breastfeed, change a diaper and comfort your little one as needed!

Please bring a blanket and a small toy or two. Babies age 6 weeks to pre-crawling welcome!
