Prenatal Yoga is a deeply relaxing and strengthening practice which helps Moms-to-be balance body and mind through the constant changes during pregnancy. We focus on mindfulness, breath, and learn techniques to assist in preparing for both pregnancy and birth. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet and bond with other Moms-to-be in our community.
Practice yoga and bond with other new moms and babies in a comfortable space. You are welcome to breastfeed, change a diaper and comfort your little one as needed!
Please bring a blanket and a small toy or two. Babies age 6 weeks to pre-crawling welcome!

We'll gather for a night of melodic recitation of ancient chants, offering prayers and setting intentions. With it's roots in India, these call and response chants are usually sung in Sanskrit, but the PPMKB has helped us by weaving some American songs with these ancient healing mantras.
Longtime teacher Michael Penque comes back to offer us his master teachings on ancient yogic practices and philosophy. His classes include chanting, meditation, asana and dharma, for how we can apply these practices in our every day lives.
"Yogic Sleep", a deep rest with steady conscious awareness. Lying down, you will be guided through specific instructions moving from one point of awareness to another, where the mind can become free of all distraction. From this state, Sankalpas are set into place (heartfelt desires, vows or positive resolves). It is said, that anything in life can fail, but not that of the sankalpa made during the practice of yoga nidra.
