The Yoga House is our ever-evolving dream, a warm and friendly place to practice and teach yoga as intended by the ancients and tailored for today’s world. As designed, yoga can transform the mind and body, on and off the mat. And thanks to our extraordinary teachers we have experienced this first hand, in ourselves and in individuals from all walks of life and experience levels. Our goal is to offer what we’ve learned to everyone who walks through our doors; to provide a welcoming sanctuary where people can learn the physical poses of yoga (asanas), as well as the practices that complement them, like meditation. There’s no preaching or forcing, just sharing and inviting. It’s our hope that as many people as possible discover the power of yoga, each in his or her unique way.
