300hr Yoga Teacher Training

Sessions held Saturdays & Sundays 1:30p-5:30p

Jan.   12-13,  26-27
Feb.   9-10,  23-24
Mar.   9-10,  23-24
Apr.   6-7, 13-14
May   4-5, 18-19
Jun.   1-2, 8-9, 22-23, 29

And once per week through September to complete coursework and, publicly taught classes by trainee.

Yogic philosophy, The Eight Limb Path
Principles of Tibetan Buddhism
Sun salutations
Physical anatomy and asana alignment
Hands-on assisting, ICP's
Practicing and teaching meditation
Dharma teachings
Prenatal, gentle and restorative yoga
Sanskrit language and chanting
Subtle energy body, pranayama
The ancient kriyas and ayurvedic science

Tuition Fee:

Requirements:

  • At least one year of a dedicated yoga practice

  • And at least 5 classes taken at The Yoga House, of which 3 are taken with Maria Kirsch
